Our mission is to empower young people who are aged between 11 -25 who may have a Neurodiversity, SEND, SEMH, Trauma or experiencing a difficult chapter in their life, with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate their way towards feeling settled, happy and more confident in themselves. Ultimately we empower young people with skills, knowledge and confidence to achieve their goals and potential. We work collaboratively with these amazing young people and the people around them. We take a compassionate approach, prioritizing social and emotional wellbeing.
We are able to provide a variety of person centered sessions, for example, understanding our emotions, understanding anxiety, academic education, vocational training, careers education and employability skills in line with the Gatsby benchmarks, Life Skills, PSHE and RSE sessions in line with DfE guidelines.
We are able to offer, Teaching, Coaching and Mentoring services. We have a track record of working with and engaging with young people who are for various reasons are finding it difficult to engage in traditional educational environments and or their community.
We offer a wide range of activities and sessions aimed at improving the physical health and well-being of young people. Sessions can include Football, Boxfit, Fishing, Bike riding, Art.
We are certified to deliver ASDAN short courses in Construction, Bricklaying, Joinery, Sports, Citizenship, Animal Care, Public Services,Health and Social Care and others.
We can provide Teaching in GCSE topics such as English, Maths, Science, Psychology and Sociology.
Our sessions prepare young people for transitions to secondary school, colleges , independent living and staying safe in the community.
We know that learning is easier when you have an excellent coach, that's why most of our coaches have achieved an advanced degree in their field. Our coaches are passionate about the subjects they offer and bring this enthusiasm into their sessions and courses.
We have over a decade of experience of working within the Education sector , Youth Work and Outreach work, specializing in supporting and empowering a diverse range of people who have often experienced adversity, trauma and marginalization.
We pride ourselves on our ability to engage, inspire and ultimately helping young people to succeed.
We provide detailed feedback of sessions, liaising with agencies to create SMART targets along with short, medium and long term goals, which have identifiable and measurable outcomes for young people. We assess progress continually throughout the process, offering quality and accountability.
We are also able to provide evidence and input into the EHCP and annual review processes as well as liaising with the various services who work with and support young people.
We take a holistic and compassionate person centered approach. We create bespoke sessions and timetables that recognize the wishes and preferences of young people. We offer upto 15 hours per week to each young person, which can be divided in a variety of ways.
All of our sessions promote respect, dignity and independence. We strive to achieve our vision which is to engage and inspire, ultimately empowering the young person to succeed emotionally, socially and academically.
